This double electric deep fryer is ideal for frying double the amount of fries and other snacks. Equipped with a handy drain tap for quick and easy oil changes, it's indispensable in any professional kitchen. With this professional fryer with a capacity of two 10 litres, you can fry delicious fries and crispy snacks simply and quickly. Thanks to the double fryer, you can save time so customers don't have to wait long for their food. The fryer also is equipped with a drain tap that makes changing the oil quick and convenient. Deep-frying often produces crumbs that sink to the bottom. The removable grid ensures that food residue does not clog the drain. To change the oil, you only need a large container that you place under the drain tap. Then simply open the tap and let the old oil flow into the container. When the fryer is empty, you can close the tap again. Make your frying oil last longer Thanks to a cold zone, crumbs burn less quickly and you can keep your oil for longer. In this system, the heating element sits slightly above the bottom, so the oil under the element heats up less. This deep fryer also has two individually adjusted thermostats. You can set the temperature for either deep fryer at a range between 50°C and 200°C. As soon as the orange indicator light goes out, the oil is hot enough and you can start frying. In addition, the fryer also has two removable lids to prevent oil splashes, as well as heat-resistant handles for extra safety. The rubber feet keep the fryer stable and secure during use. Easy to clean Cleaning is easy, thanks to the stainless steel housing, frying pans and baskets. All parts are removable and can be cleaned quickly by soaking in hot, soapy water. When most of the oil and fat residue have dissolved, simply brush the parts clean with a gentle brush, warm water and a dash of mild detergent. Wipe the outside down with a damp cloth.
