To set the right temperature in each 8L fryer, you can choose from 11 different settings for a temperature between 60°C and 190°C. The efficient heat transfer ensures that the oil remains at exactly the right temperature, so you can fry the tastiest treats not only at home but also in a professional kitchen. The double fryer has a user-friendly touch panel and an LED display. The timer on the induction deep fryer can be set from 0 to 120 minutes. Drain tap for a quick oil change With the drain tap, you can quickly and safely drain old oil from the fryer. To do this, place a container under the tap. Open the tap and let all the oil run out. Then close the tap and dispose of the old oil in the appropriate waste bin. There is also a buzzer on this professional deep fryer that lets you know when there is no or too little oil in the reservoir. An additional safety feature is the electric overheating protection.
