This 8 litre induction deep fryer has a handy LED display and touch controls. Thanks to the adjustable timer, snacks and fries are always ready at the right time. With this high-quality induction deep fryer, you can fry the tastiest fries and other snacks at home and in a professional kitchen. The deep fryer has a capacity of 8 litres and a touch panel that makes it very easy to operate. The LED display shows the temperature, which has 11 different settings. You can choose a temperature between 60°C and 190°C. This induction deep fryer also has a timer that can be set from 0 to 120 minutes. Safe frying Changing the oil is no problem, thanks to the drain tap. Place a bowl beneath the tap and open it, letting the oil drain out. As soon as all the oil is in the bowl, close the tap and dispose of the old oil. This professional deep fryer has a system that sounds like a buzzer when the oil tank needs to be filled or refilled. So you will never be frying in too little oil. To prevent overheating, the deep fryer is equipped with electric overheating protection. Quick cleaning The robust and durable stainless steel housing is easy to clean, thanks to its smooth surface. After removing old oil through the handy drain tap, wipe the remaining residue from the reservoir with a paper towel. To clean thoroughly, remove all the removable parts and use a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Parts can also be cleaned with warm, soapy water. It is important to dry the fryer with a soft cloth after cleaning.
