This single burner catering induction hob is large in size and heats up very quickly. It's useful at events or as a quick way to expand the cooking capacity in the professional kitchen during busy times. This induction hob is also ideal for use in the kitchen at home. When you can't take your regular cooker to an event on location, a buffet or a cooking workshop, then this professional electric induction hob offers a suitable alternative. You can use this large induction hob not only in a professional environment, but also at home. The appliance has a short heating up and cooling down time, and can be used during busy moments in any catering kitchen. The glass plate on top of the induction hob is of a very high quality. Together with the robust stainless steel housing, this induction plate will last for years. Adjust temperatures with precision As induction hob works slightly differently to a normal one as you need specific pans. As soon as you put the pan with a flat bottom on the hob, the magnetic field becomes active and the hob heats up.
