With this freestanding electric induction plate with a single burner, you can reach temperatures between 60 and 240ºC. It is ideal for use at a buffet, cooking workshops or to quickly expand your cooking capacity in the professional kitchen. If you regularly organise buffets, events or cooking workshops, a freestanding electric induction hob is a great solution. This model is also suitable for home use. The professional induction hob is equipped with a top quality glass plate. The housing is robust and durable, thanks to the ABS material it's made of. You can also use this electric induction hob during busy moments in the catering kitchen to cope with the pressure. Set the right temperature easily This induction hob should be used with induction pans. Make sure you use an induction pan with a flat bottom and a diameter of between 12 and 26cm, so that it fits properly on the induction hob. Furthermore, the induction plate is equipped with an electrical protection to prevent overheating. It also has a thermostat with which temperatures between 60 and 240ºC can be set. There is also a timer which can be set from 0 to 180 minutes, which is useful if you can't be constantly near the pan and also need to do other prep work in the kitchen.
