Easy and precise operation Place suitable induction cookware on the cooking zones and connect the appliance correctly. Before use, make sure the control knobs are set to the ON/OFF position. Turn the knobs clockwise to increase power and counterclockwise to reduce it. The left control knob operates zone 1 (at the back) with power levels from 800W up to 3.500W. The right control knob operates zone 2 (at the front) with power levels from 800W up to 5.000W, allowing flexible and accurate cooking control. Smart power distribution for professional kitchens This induction cooker delivers a maximum total output of 7.000W. Zone 2 features a power share function. When both zones operate at 3.500W, zone 2 can increase to 5.000W while zone 1 automatically reduces to 2.000W. This ensures stable performance without overloading the electrical system. The filters for the fan, located at the bottom of the machine, are easy to remove and clean.
