This professional induction cooker with two burners delivers fast, precise and energy-efficient cooking. With independent control knobs, adjustable feet and a smart power share function, it is ideal for professional kitchens. Designed for professional use, it offers powerful performance while keeping energy use low. Thanks to its 70cm depth and adjustable feet, this unit fits perfectly within the Maxima 700 Induction cooking range, ensuring a stable, uniform and professional kitchen layout. Easy and precise operation Place suitable induction cookware on the cooking zones and connect the appliance correctly. Before use, make sure the control knobs are set to the ON/OFF position. Turn the knobs clockwise to increase power and counterclockwise to reduce it. The left control knob operates zone 1 (at the back) with power levels from 800W up to 3.500W. The right control knob operates zone 2 (at the front) with power levels from 800W up to 5.000W, allowing flexible and accurate cooking control. Smart power distribution for professional kitchens This induction cooker delivers a maximum total output of 7.000W. Zone 2 features a power share function. When both zones operate at 3.500W, zone 2 can increase to 5.000W while zone 1 automatically reduces to 2.000W. This ensures stable performance without overloading the electrical system. Induction technology heats the pan directly, resulting in faster cooking times, higher efficiency and a safer working environment. The 70cm depth allows seamless integration into the Maxima 700 Induction cooking range, while the adjustable feet ensure perfect alignment on any work surface. Easy cleaning and safe operation After cooking, turn both control knobs to the OFF position. The built-in cooling fan continues running for one minute to cool the appliance safely. Always allow the unit to cool down completely before cleaning. Clean the surface after each use to prevent stains and discolouration. Do not use abrasive brushes, polishing powder, benzine or thinner. Please note that accessible surfaces may become hot during operation. The filters for the fan, located at the bottom of the machine, are easy to remove and clean.
