This grill is ideal for use in kitchens where several paninis, sandwiches and other grilled dishes are prepared regularly. This double contact grill has heavy duty smooth cast iron plates and is easy to clean with the handy cleaning brush that's included. On the smooth, heavy cast iron baking plates you can grill and fry the most delicious sandwiches, paninis and other dishes. Because the contact grill has double griddle plates, you can easily prepare food for large groups of people. It's perfect for serving up fish, vegetables or meat. This professional contact grill is indispensable in any catering kitchen and, thanks to its robust construction, the appliance will last a long time. Equipped with a drip tray When frying and grilling, fat is released from the products on the plate. The handy drip tray collects everything so that the contact grill stays clean.
