The opening may be blocked if the pulp does not fall into the container easily. Slide the switch down to activate the reverse function, releasing any blockages. Slide the switch up again to continue juicing. Cleaning the slow juicer It's essential to clean the slow juicer properly after use. First, switch off and unplug the juicer. Remove and empty the juice and pulp containers. Detach the food inlet, pressing chamber, spiral and filter sieve. Wash all parts with warm water and mild detergent. Remove the rubber stopper from the juice container for easier cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the outside of the machine. Dry all parts thoroughly and reassemble the juicer.
