It's equipped with a stainless steel frying basket, a secure lid, overheating protection and a safety switch located beneath the heating element. Simple operation Operating this fryer is simple and hassle-free, perfect for preparing fresh chips. First, fill the tank with frying oil between the minimum and maximum markers and turn the machine on. An indicator light will signal when the oil has reached the ideal temperature, although the heating process is slightly longer than an average fryer. The thermostat, adjustable with a rotary knob, offers a temperature range from 60°C to 200°C. Once the oil is ready, place the fries into the basket, but avoid overfilling it.
