Περιγραφή προϊόντος

With this professional whipped cream machine, you can produce up to 100L of freshly whipped cream every hour to serve to your guests. Besides whipped cream, it can also be used to make milk foam, mousse and other frozen desserts. This model has a 5L tank capacity and is cooled indirectly. Using a professional whipped cream machine means you never again have to whip cream by hand or use aerosolised versions that aren't stable. It presents the ideal way to garnish desserts without worrying about the hassle of making it yourself. Besides delicious fresh cream, you can also use it to whip up perfectly stable UHT, sweetened and even flavoured creams. Milk foam, frozen desserts and mousse can also benefit from this professional whipped cream machine. Ideal for whipping and cooling This robust whipped cream machine has a production capacity of up to 100L of freshly whipped cream per hour. The rotating pump is perfectly capable of processing both light and heavy creams to give you a smooth and stable texture. Not only can you use it to make whipped cream, but both liquid cream and whipped cream can also be kept cool in this machine. Liquid cream remains consistently chilled in the 5L tank at a temperature of 4⁰C, which is easily read using the digital temperature gauge. Because the container is cooled indirectly, there is no separation of fat and water. The appliance is also equipped with an air cooling system and the refrigerant R290 is used. In addition, it is easy to see how much liquid cream is in the tank through the transparent lid. It is also a very quiet machine with simple but robust control buttons. Easy cleaning system The housing, tank and drip tray holder of this professional whipped cream machine are all made from smooth stainless steel, which makes them very easy to clean. First, pour some hot water into the liquid tank. Follow this by pressing and holding the button until the entire flushing procedure is finished and no more water comes out. Any removable parts can be cleaned with a bit of warm water and a mild detergent. Just make sure to rinse thoroughly with clean water before drying and putting it back together again. The machine can also be disinfected using the flushing procedure.
