This electric deep fryer has a 16 litre capacity for frying large quantities of snacks and fries. It's a compact tabletop model that's perfectly suited to extensive use in the catering kitchen. This deep fryer with a capacity of 16 litres is an asset in any professional kitchen. It is ideal for preparing a variety of fried foods, such as vegetables, spring rolls, fresh fries and other snacks. Changing the oil is not usually the nicest job, but thanks to the built-in drain tap, it is done quickly and efficiently. When changing the oil, simply place a container under the tap, open the tap and wait until all the frying oil has drained away. Then close the tap and dispose of the old oil. Healthier frying The electric deep fryer has a precise thermostat, ideal for setting the fryer to the exact temperature you need. You can choose from a temperature range between 50°C and 200°C. You can also use the oil longer and fry more healthily, thanks to the innovative cold zone. A handy system where the heating element sits slightly above the bottom of the pan. The oil between the heating element and the bottom is not as hot so crumbs that fall through are less likely to burn. This ensures that the oil remains fresher for longer. The fryer also has a removable lid to prevent oil splatter, a heat-resistant handle for easy handling and rubber feet for extra stability. Quick cleaning In the catering kitchen, hygiene is very important and appliances must be cleaned regularly. As this fryer is made entirely of stainless steel and has rounded corners, cleaning is a quick and easy job. With warm, soapy water and a gentle brush, you can scrub all removable parts and simply wipe the outside of the fryer down with a damp cloth.
